Tangs Creative Chinese New Year Treats!

We will be doing a session of creative Chinese New Year treats at the Tangs Kitchen Vivocity on 5th February (Friday), looking forward to that!
On the menu:
1. Bak Kwa and Fresh Shitake Mushroom Quiche
2. Sashimi Lo Hei (chunks of fresh sashimi but with the traditional CNY lo-hei greetings)
3. Cashew nut and Caramel Semi-freddo (like an ice-cream)
That will run at an affordable $80 and will be run in a hands-on fashion where everyone takes part in the preparation. If you are keen to do a CNY menu but not sure if you can spare the time over the actual CNY period, then this is the session for you! :)
