DIY Pasta Cookyn Party

iStock_000005115749Small

We’re making pasta from scratch in this fun party! Join us as we get our hands dirty and roll out the pasta sheets! We will be making 3 types of pastas and 4 sauces including 1 mystery sauce! The one we are particularly excited about is the fettucini with lup cheong and curry leaf! Yum! :)

And at the end of the session, everyone gets to bring home some homemade pasta to prepare at home! If you like, you can even purchase the pasta rolling machine to bring home and have fun with. We’re so excited!

We visited Bali and had the privilege to eat in a number of wonderful eateries dotted across the paradise island. We had some most memorable eating experiences and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Please leave a review too! :) Next up, Bangkok!!

Chicken leg recipe for Jo Ann

For 2 pax:

2 x chicken legs (bone-in)

4 potatoes, cut into wedges

salt and pepper

oil to coat

Stuffing A:

100gm Feta cheese

2 tablespoons of honey or marmalade jam

1 tablespoon if olive oil

Stuffing B:

100gm butter

2 tablespoons of any preferred fresh herbs, chopped

Instructions:

-Make stuffing by mixing all the ingredients together.

-Lift up the skin of the chicken legs from the flesh and put stuffing under the skin (be careful not to overstuff as the chicken will shrink slightly as it cooks).

-Season the chicken legs and potatoes with salt, pepper and some oil.

- Place the chicken legs over the potatoes and bake in a 180 degrees preheated oven for 30 minutes.

** You can add some onions and carrots to roast at the same time if you prefer.
