We had Sharm in last week’s Italian session and his pictures were so nice!! Thanks Sharm for letting me use them here!

Soup-er star clams (caption as per Sharm, hahaha)

Here I am telling everyone that the live clams go POP!

Once the clams are steamed, QUICKLY take them out!

added to a homemade chicken stock, lovingly boiled overnight…

Then we made huge meatballs that looked like they were on steroids (everyone thought they would be little ikea-sized ones!)

Pop on some fresh mozzarella cheese and into the oven to bake

Pull out the expensive tube of truffle puree…

…to make mushroom risotto with truffle and topped with roasted portobello

Finally we macerated some strawberries…

…to make a fresh strawberry puree to top off our vanilla panna cotta!
